We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The standard order processing time is 1-2 business days after full payment is received.
All orders, unless otherwise selected at the time of order placement, are sent via USPS First Mail Class.

Immediately after shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number via the email specified at the time of the order.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct information such as name, address, phone number, email, etc. when ordering.

If for any reason you have made a mistake in the name or address, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you notice the error for a prompt solution to this issue. If a change in the delivery address or other information occurred after the order was transfer to the post office, a fee may be charged for this change. The exact amount of the fee will be presented to the buyer after receipt of the new correct information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
